All received the following response from the Tracker Mortgage Team following an enquiry for an update
"Given the scale and complexity of the process it is anticipated that this examination will conclude in 2018.I won’t be able to give a final response to your email until the Examination has concluded. In the meantime, if we find that your account was affected, you will receive a redress and compensation pack by post.

Not sure how to read into it. Imagine its just standard response but its not a "no / not in-scope" as of now so the hope remains.
