I found a list of 15 Daft ads from 2017 for properties similar to mine. The rents advertised 9 years ago are in the same range as 8 of the properties on my list. It was 9 years ago.
There are about 60 to 80 2 bedrooms apartments in my area (similar age, similar floor area, similar BER C1 and C2) and at least 15 similar apartments rented in my own complex, the list (9+mine) managed to pull a G property with extremely low rent as well as 2 low rent properties 12 km away.
With so little data given, it's actually very difficult to know what the market is at. I don't think daft is necessary that representative. I would think that daft is currently used in very few transactions as in my 10k inhabitants town, there are maximum 3 ads at all time, these run from a few days to a couple of weeks.
I am very surprised about the lack of noise from some politicians in the past couple of days. I would have thought that some would be up in arms with examples of totally unfair high rents from the RTB register. I didn't see or hear anything.
