Advanzia Bank Lux Promo Rates

Apologies - mystery solved. You were correct Lightning. Google Messages on my Android phone is marking the Advanzia SMS messages as spam and has started hiding them away. Grrrr.
 
Advanzia did register (after they were contacted - see posts earlier in this thread) but they then switched number/provider for their SMS service and now the SMS messages have got relabelled as spam.
 
Anyone having issues logging on the last 2 days? I keep getting: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
 
Yeah same for me. Hopefully just a bug.
Slightly confuse trying to contact them as page is in German. No live online support it seems, some telephone numbers and an email address.
 
Yeah it doesnt instill confidence that they have an outage like this and theres been radio silence.
I may rethink leaving money with them if and when it’s resolved.
 
I just tried and got "Something went wrong. Please try again later." This was on the username and password page.

A cautionary tale about not leaving all ones eggs in a single basket. This could happen to any bank (and does).

No harm having a couple of higher earning lump sum accounts on the go.
 
Ah yeah I have a few different ones open at any time but still have a decent amount with Advanzia.
 
I see the promo rate is now 3.76, it was 3.97 when I set it up 3 weeks ago but I ever received any notification of the rate and can't find anything referencing the 3.97. does anyone have a link to info showing the promo rate of 3.97 and the conditions attached?
