I was told my account was open on sept 5th. I had account no and sent €100. Trying to register for online bank since and been stuck in a loop of hitting "no credentials". Must have sent email every 2 days and no response until yesterday. Apparently, they hadn't closed my old accounts fully, and so that was stopping the new account from working. Also had problems before with "intermediary BIC" before which my bank tells me is no longer an issue as it's all IBAN only now in EU.
New account opened on August 28th. Yesterday was sent this detailed re register info. I haven't been getting the SMS, so I think that is the issue.Trying to register for online bank since and been stuck in a loop of hitting "no credentials".
What mobile provider are you with? I've seen people on some of the virtual operators reporting that they sometimes don't get such 2FA text messages. Even though I've never had that problem on 48 myself.I haven't been getting the SMS, so I think that is the issue.
Three. Yes, say that mentioned before here. I'm going to try and ring Advanzia tomorrow. What mobile provider are you with
Last Friday, I asked Advanzia to ring. In fairness they did and at the correct time as well. I needed to be 2 devices. I needed to follow instructions precisely, and not hit the back button. Once I asked for creditials and link to be sent to email first, I had to use 2nd device to find email and verify. Then on first device I could hit next screen, and immediately received notification code. So problem got solved but only with 2 devices. They were able to explain that the 3 month office only starts once €5000 goes into account, and not on the date of opening.don't get such 2FA text messages
I needed to be 2 devices.
I don't understand either of these sentences. They were able to explain that the 3 month office only starts once €5000 goes into account
Sorry. I am probably dyslexic and always leaving out works. I needed to logon using laptop and then verify the 'creditentials' email on my phone. Once I did used 2 devices, the SMS code came to phone.understand either of these sentences.
Perhaps. I haven't withdrawn recently but you can't add a payee - you can only withdraw to an account you've transferred in from. So you can't edit a payee details as far as I can see.Could it be anything to do with verification of payee?
Here is the email address to write to: advanziakonto@advanzia.comAn unexpected error occurred. Please wait at least five minutes and check if the payment has been recorded before trying again."
Doing exactly the same. I'm just thankful I noticed the interest rate dropped down to 1.5% in the monthly statement.Just jumping through the hoops of closing and opening another account. Am I missing something or is the current teaser 3 months rate actually 2.94% now?
It seems to have been a temporary issue and withdrawals worked today! Here is the email address to write to: advanziakonto@advanzia.com
I need the October statement, as it isn't available yet, so I emailed them last night. I have had a few mistakes with this account, and all were rectified once I emailed customer service.
- They had opened a new account, without closing the first account fully.
- There was an issue with registering the new account. I received a phone call from Advanzia and step by step walk through on how I needed to use 2 devices to register.
- I accidentally then sent money to old account, and emailed straight away to explain. Advanzia emailed back within 2 days and money was returned.
So hopefully an email will help.
