Can i get new licence without it been posted?

Re: Licience question! She can indeed. Edited to clarify: She can go to the office with all the stuff, she may have to wait for the license to be posted to her though. I can't remember as it's been a few years.

Does passport no. change every time?

I'm on my second and the number changed. Even the format of the number changed - I think it's longer now. You could put the old number on the booking then bring both old and new passports with you when you're travelling.

    New Ulster Bank product

The best deposit account (with instant access) will give you 4.15% CAR, so a maximum but not guaranteed 6.94% (with no access for four years) doesn't sound too compelling to me. I wonder what the probability of getting <4.15% CAR after four years is?

Looking to Buy a house soon, Good or Bad?

Re: Looking to Buy a house soon, Good or Bad? HELP I've selectively quoted, but I think those are the most important points you made. You don't really want to live there, you're panicking about prices going up further (out of your reach) AND panicking about them dropping. My advice is don't...

Review of Prime Time programme on auctioneers

If EAs create phantom bids in a seller's market, should buyers do the same in a buyer's market? ("I've got a bid in below asking price on another house ... perhaps if you were willing to take a bit less for this one ...")

Review of Prime Time programme on auctioneers

No different? You've haggled for bags with street traders where you were bidding against someone, who you couldn't see, for a single bag?! You gotta find yourself a new street vendor. Normally you haggle those guys *down*.

PTSB Open 24 - Security Gone Mad

I believe NIB use Digipass too, and AIB give out some list of one-time codes. I did write to BOI and told them I was moving bank due to their poor online offering. Maybe a few more like that and they'll give it some thought!

Review of Prime Time programme on auctioneers

Re: Illegal activities of estate agents etc.-Primetime 10.12.06 They got someone right inside that organisation - they couldn't reasonably have been infiltrating EAs all over the country. It was good to have a specific example. Unlucky for that EA, but he made his bed, so ...
