What’s This About Real Betis

Chastening game for “us” and it was the first time I wore a soccer shirt in Cork while enjoying the game being televised in a local hostellery. Better team won. Not many of the pub Celtic Brigade recognised the Betis away shirt. Good God, perhaps they thought it was some kind of a Celtic shirt!

I was at the Real Betis 2 Malaga 1 game last Saturday, amazing atmosphere with rival fans mixing freely.
Irish voices everywhere but unfortunately Troy was pretty anonymous as he was again last night unfortunately.
I think as soon as Cucho returns from injury Troy will be on the subs bench
