We are also talking about a time when very little is advertised. Currently, I am checking regularly on daft rental prices. I would struggle to find a 2 bedroom apartment to rent in my area in the past 4 weeks, 3 would just be impossible.
I must admit that in the past I picked up a one bedroom with a rent advertised higher than my review. I never thought this could be an issue.
