What exactly does this mean?I am looking to make very strong moves with changing out managing agent.
Without going into too much detail, previous and two current directors have been lazy and have connections with the managing agent we have used for 15+ years, all thats happened in that time is the place has gone into disarray. The two directors signed up for a further period of time without discussing it with other directors.What exactly does this mean?

Nothing has been done properly for the last decade at least, hence why I got involved when I moved in. The two directors didn't even turn up to the last AGM. Nobody nominated them but for some reason the agent just said they wanted to be involved, but didn't sent apologies or anything. It's a mess, I tried to get some governance in last year, but had to step away for a time due to personal reasons, but now Im ready to tackle it.How many directors are there? You need to look at the management company memorandum and articles of association to understand how such decisions are made and if this was in adherence with them.
