I think moving to an LTV rate is only an option for those coming off an SRV or Fixed rate.
I'm guessing that's the issue @Berneseduke is having - still doesn't seem fair.
@kiabi1 How did you get the €100 rate for the valuation - I'm getting a blanket €150 response from the valuers I've spoken to (seems a bit of a racket as my LTV is less than 25%).
