Yes we drew down on the 31st of September 2008 happy with the contact and the options we would be givin at the end of our 2 year fixed rate ending only for AIB taking trackers off the market with a press release on the10th of October,with them ignoring the clause 3.2 in our contract has had a massive impact on us for nearly 10 years now.
It was underhanded by them not letting us know that fundamental changes were about to happen that could totally alter the contract your about to sign.
