To what end? The quote will be the quote. Builders won't say "oh ur right I was wrong I'll use your figures". BOQ can be helpful in understanding where your budget needs to be, or before engaging with builders for quotes and are sharing with them as part of asking them to quote.
QS can be helpful when quotes come in to compare/contrast and negotiate. But they've already gone out to builders for quotes so I dont see any huge value in doing a BOQ now.
