Removal of Executor

I have heard that it is possible to remove an exector for delay in administering the estate of the deceased. Has anyone any experience of this?

My difficulty is that the executor has not done anything for nearly two years, parts of the estate (property) have been allowed to deteriorate beyond repair, executor does not agree with the will nor does he agree that the beneficiaries are entitled to anything. All that has happened since death, is that the revenue affadivit has been submitted, 20 month post death.

My question is, can i replace him, how, and is it expensive.

You're duplicating your original post, Ravima. Do a search for "executor", find the relevant posts, then link to/from one of them. But you'll probably need to provide more specific details...
