Due to pressure of work, a bank employee is on sick leave.
The bank have now offered to arrange and pay for whatever medical consultations (from a designated panel of professionals who deal with the conditions) are necessary for the well-being of the employee.
My questions are
1) Do the bank get a report from the practioner on the employee's condition?
2) Can these reports be used to terminate employment at any stage in the future?
Would be grateful to hear from bank employees who have been in this situation before.
