Hi,
Just want some opinions on working as a quality assurance officer.
I have worked in education for a number of years and recently a different institution has approached me and asked me if i would appply for QA role with them.
I honestly don't know anything about QA but at the same time I'm thinking it is all common sense and being ultra efficient in monitoring tasks/procedures etc.
I don't know what to do and am already freaking out at getting the job and not being able to handle it.
I would be the only QA officer and cant hide any mess-ups and would be 100% answerable to the board if i did!
Anyone any opinions on this?
