New Tenants' Rights Bill

There is a new bill being introduced by the Labour Party. I see where the intention to sell will no longer be a valid reason to vacate the property.

I think the bill will be supported by Fianna Fail.

Does anyone know if the owner of the rented property will be able to sell it, or will this right be abolished when the bill becomes law? Thanks.
