Any issues roaming in the EU? Is it the same APN? If not, can someone share the details please?

Which network are you referring to? 48? Lidl Connect? Other?

Many people still report issues with 48 roaming some reason. As far as I know the APN should be the normal one for 48 so it if has unilaterally changed while abroad (a common one used to be the APN field changing from "48months.liffeytelecom.com" to, say, "internet.proximus.be") then it might need to be edited back to the original.

Partner is in Germany, no data...

In Brussels at present and Lidl connect working fine.

I've done this: check that they have roaming enabled. If they're in a jam and they have Revolut they can get a cheap e-sim.
