Health Insurance LAYA taking a lot longer to process day to day medical claims than before?

I had about 8 small claims with them submitted on different dates throughout March and start April. All were processed today (without me prompting Laya). Hopefully they will speed up soon. This increase in turnaround time is very annoying.

No improvement for me :-(. Submitted April 8 says it'll be processed by May 14.

I have noticed a pattern with Laya over the last few months, if claim is for a single session it is paid within a few days however if you submit a few together the ' to be processed by' date is always substantially more.
Might just be coincidence but has followed pattern since last December

Hi . I noticed the same . All our claims over the last 10 yrs were processed within days and costs varied from € to €€€ . Last week I put in a claim for 2 different receipts and both have 5/6 week lead times so this is definitely a new thing . Our policy is not up for renewal till dec 25

I submitted the first of my optical claims for €1050 on Saturday 24th and have been given a processing date of 26th of June
I'll be making a second claim in about a weeks time and am expecting the same processing time

I don't really have a issue with the processing times as I can afford to wait
but if things were tight I can fully understand how annoying and frustrating these new processing times are!!

Sent in a physio receipt there. The "auto scan" registered all details correctly - date, amount, practitioner, service.
Also, the Laya policy is through a Company group scheme.
Expected payment date 3 days' time.

I submitted the first of my optical claims for €1050 on Saturday 24th and have been given a processing date of 26th of June
Submitted the second optical claim on the 6th of June for €350 and a dental claim for €95 on the 10th of June
All three claims paid on the 13th of June but was surprised to see that the two optical claims were paid as one
