Plenty of people out there and you can be certain their fees will be a lot higher. Is Patrick Kissane the only person who takes on these cases? His fee is 1000 + vat to take on a case , which is signifciant especially with no guarantee of winning .
He has done trojan work i believe, however for people already screwed by these banks to lose another 1200 euro if they lost the case could be devastating.
Anybody fighting these cases for a percentage of the potential redress?

Sorry folks excuse my naivety.. the letter just confirmed I'm in the review.. I haven't really followed this closely as I never had a tracker .. fixed from the start in Early 2007.. not really sure If I have any case? I
It sounds from what you say that you have little chance of a tracker, so there is no point in paying anyone money to confirm that.

If you do have a genuine case, then Padraic is by far the best person. I am sure you will be able to get someone else to look at it for €800 but they won't have an idea what to look for.

€150 for an initial comprehensive opinion with benefit of 10years indepth experience is exceptionally cheap.
Brendan mccoypat94 received his confirmation "he is in the review letter" beginning November.
Exactly - you didn't reference that the initial fee of just 150 would then give you the necessary information to make an educated decision whether its worth proceeding to a more comprehensive study.I'm not disputing that.
He runs a business and his time is not free no more than yours or mine. He is entitled to charge for his services and more power to him making hay after years of battling to get this far.
I'm sure he's inundated with many time wasters especially in the last two months .
However I didn't reference the 150.
presume he had a three year fixed which is covered in detail on this thread. At the end of the fixed he should have rolled to track
Btw I didn't start on a fixed rate!
