@DamC82 have no KBC customers at all been contacted with positive news? I heard from Niamh Richardson on Thursday, a voice message, saying still no update but she will phone me again mid- next week. If she doesn't call by Wednesday, I'll be calling her.
I haven't heard of anyone, nobody has posted on here anyway . I've had lots of email with the same standard response.. at the end 'you as a customer need not do anything further ' in other words buzz off and don't be annoying us..
I've a feeling you will get similar next week, but it will be you doing the chasing.
