A relative of mine was on PR/JSB for 9 months up to 31/12/25 and was required to sign on weekly which I thought was a bit ridiculous. It used to be the case that some of the so called “activation measures” including signing on weren’t always required after age 62, but when they queried this he was told that the requirements had been “tightened up” when the PR/JSB was introduced. If it was me I’d still look to be put on annual signing.
