Check out the translation for "Amadán" in a bi-lingual dictionary. Or maybe "fear grinn".

amadan = 'fool' or something, I think. Can't be bothered looking up 'fear grinn'. I used to have a link to a Irish-English dictionary, but can't find it now.
Interesting to note that translate.google.com doesn't have an Irish language option.
