Having participated at a couple of job interviews recently (as an interviewer) I feel that we could improve on the information we obtain from candidates in relation to their on the job experience.
We ask general questions about work experience etc. However, I feel our interviews could be improved in relation to assessing candidate's relevant experience and how they would use this experience in the job, should they get it.
Any suggestions or links to sources of useful info in this area would be appreciated.
