Agree with shesells - I had to change an internal US flight for someone in the States who had booked with them and it was a total nightmare. Only open within US working hours so difficult to ring from Ireland, literally hours on hold, excessively patronising, they convinced me I had to ring the airline who promptly sent me back to Orbitz. Very unpleasant all round. I have never actually used them myself, just their customer service to help someone else.
