So I understand that one must first follow the banks/company's complaints process before escalating to FSO.
A letter requesting the final response in 21 days was sent.
Its now 60 days later and other than an acknowlegement of my letter there has been no response.
Do I have to continue to wait for the final response or can I go to the FSO now?
