dual flush

I have never see it done.

You couldn't do it with a handle model. You would have to blank where handle is, change cistern lid for one with a center hole to accomdate dual flush button, and change siphon for dual flush type.

You'd find it nearly impossible to find matching/fitting properly, cistern lid.
 
Can't remember exactly where but I have seen a website for a product that converts a handle toilet into a form of dual flush. Basically if you hold the handle down for a short time it gives a short flush. Holding the handle down for a longer time gives the full flush. Seemed like a good system and will probably invest when water charges for houses come in.
 
a couple of week ago i was in woodies and i saw a duel flush change over system for a cistern. i think they cost about €35 and come with full instructions to fit it yourself. the handle is replaced with a dual button.
