Can anyone get into the app (android)? Went it loads, it hangs / spins

Want to subscribe from android rather than the website.

At the end of last year I took a 3 month offer at €3.99 per month.
I am now on the above offer of 4 months at €1.99 per month.
So thats less than €20 for 7 months viewing which is more than enough for me.....
 
May be it's just me, but I can't access it via android app, LG tvs nor browser to even attempt a subscription cancellation.

It's a money racket
 
Anyone who took up this offer is probably in the last month.

You should now cancel and will of course still have full viewing 'til the end of the month.
If you dont do so, you will be charged €9.99 from the 5th month.

When I cancelled, I was offered a 3 month deal at €5.99 per month.
I took this as there is a lot more I want to watch.

Thanks for bringing this offer to our attention back in March
We availed of it and watched what interested us but for us we won't be renewing as there's not enough content for us at the moment
But I will be back towards the end of the year when there should be more content like the new season of The Bear!!

And that's the problem I now have with the streaming services, after a solid 5/6 years of binge watching everything that interests me,
I now have to carefully evaluate which service offers the best/longest viewing options and value for the coming month
and I'm beginning to feel that none of them will give me a full months worth of viewing
 
Wondering if I wait until the 27th September (day offer ends) does that mean I'll have it finished at the cheap rate on the 27th December? If I sign up today (12 September) it will end 12 December. Is my maths right? Might wait two weeks and have it for the Christmas where it will get more use.
 
Yes and yes!
You can also cancel in month one and just use a month for €2.99 or month two and have 2 months for €5.98.
But remember to cancel in month 3 to avoid it rolling over to €9.99.
 
Surely people should be boycotting Disney for their cowardice during the Jimmy Kimmel fiasco??? They seem to be not be proponents of free speech but rather a grubby, avaricious patsy that would do literally anything to help their bottom line..
