Cost of heating, working from home, who should pay

I have also heard anecdotally of some house shares agreeing rules about this when advertising rooms etc. Maybe this is rent a room situations where the bills are not being charged out but also it just makes good sense. Like having a kitty for household cleaning items, or even agreeing to share a cleaner.

I have a small one under the desk in my home office. It's pretty quiet, the sound doesn't even register on the mic so can't be heard in meetings. A 5 minute blast is enough to make it comfortable, on the colder days I might do that 2 or 3 times.
