Our company have informed us that we are moving location in the next couple of months - I've had car parking in the current location ( for the last 12 years !!! ) but they are now saying there will be none available in the new location, well at least not for scrubbers like me !!!
Obviously 12 years ago parking was not an issue and so was not specified in any contracts. Now that it is an important to people especially when relocating closer to a city centre, am I still entitled to it as part of a "contract" of employment ?
I believe that there is "redundancy" issues when moving location, but advice on the above would be most appreciated - don't particularily want to leave the company as I'm very happy there.
