I switched mortgage in summer 2017 from KBC to BOI to get the 2% cashback offer. I now planned to switch again to PTSB to get their 2% cashback offer. When I rang to start the process yesterday, I was told I could not switch to them as I was with my current mortgage provider for less that 24 month. I have looked at their website and there is nothing about excluding people who have recently switched. Has anyone else heard of this before?
