    Divorced Spouse Back in House

I am no legal expert but I would think that in the event the bank insisted on leaving her name on mortgage should the house be sold in future any shortfall or profit should be split equally regardless of the fact he was one paying mortgage. He is continuing to pay same amount monthly to bank as...

Missed calls from a scam number?

I cant figure it out answer and there is nobody there. Some of the numbers that come up are real numbers so you can ring them back. More of a nuisance than anything else.

Missed calls from a scam number?

I was getting them there for about 2 weeks. They all appeared to be local telephone numbers no area code. I rang back a few of them. One answered and said they had not rang anybody. They started around 8/9 am and rang several times for the day.

    Changing Broadband & Phone Provider

His registered office would be his home, this is where admin work (very little) would take place. I would have thought country money rate was more appropriate but I know of carpenters etc getting civil service rates.

The Director in this case would spend 8 hours on site most days.

    Daily allowance for lunch.

The director would be in different sites most weeks. Up to now all food during day was going on company credit card. The director is going to shop 2 or 3 times every day, buying coffee, sandwiches, pastries, sweets, ice cream. €5 seems unfair when others can get €33 for same.

    Daily allowance for lunch.

Is the Director of a construction company allowed to take Civil Service Daily rates of €33.61 for over 10 hours and €14.01 for between 5-10 hours, or can he only take maximum of €5 per day as per country money rules. The Director is provided with a van for work so has no mileage.

    Capital Allowances - Lower Rate

Thanks folks, was actually wondering about writing them down slower than faster though, because when assets are traded in there is always balancing charges. Would it be possible to write them down at say 8 or 10% per annum.
