How to amend previously submitted Form 11

Similar to the old ROS Offline app, the return preparation facility lets you fill it out the form off line and then upload it. I've made an inquiry on ROS.

How to amend previously submitted Form 11

Yes I'd seen that one, more specifically I can't see the option in ROS to make the amendment. I read elsewhere it's possible to call up the previous submission and modify it. I am thinking because I did not complete using the online method I don't have that option.

How to amend previously submitted Form 11

I submitted my Form 11 for 2022 using the "Return Preparation Facility" earlier this year. It was processed, got a small refund. Now my partner wants to make a lump sum PRSA contribution against her 2022 paye income. We're jointly assessed. Is there some way to do this on ROS, for example...

Unused Capital Allowances on Investment Property Sale

Unused Capital Allowances on Investment Property Sale

White goods, barna shed, boiler, that I was rightly or wrongly claiming writing off as capital over eight years, and have a few years unclaimed remaining. Not huge money, but I would use it against CGT if possible.

House inheritance and CGT on gain

Yes, she is well below the CAT threshold, it's the CGT on the gain portion that is uncertain for me. Thanks for the input, and with that together with what I see on the thread linked by Brendan, I think there are some dependencies with how the solicitor executed the probate and sale. We'll...

Hi All My wife and two siblings have inherited their mothers house, divided equally between the three of them, and the sale has been finalised. Solicitor has advised that there may be a CGT liability, due to the sale price achieved being higher than the estimated value provided by an estate...

    Prepopulated F11 unavailable

Hi All I was attempting to make a start on my return using the ROS offline utility today. I login to ROS, go to other services > Download Pre-populated Returns, and select 2020. I get "You have no prepopulated forms available for download". (And if I try 2019 I get the same result, which I...

Lower rate taxpayer - PRSA or straight ETF purchase

Thank you for your replies folks, it does now seem like a no brainer, we will proceed with the PRSA. With regards to the actual PRSA, looking for a global equities fund and best guess making around an 8K single premium annually. Zurich PRSAs appear to be easily accessible at 100% allocation...

Anyone been to the dentist yet?

I went a few weeks back for a routine cleaning, and had a similar experience to the above. Felt reasonably safe with all the extra precautions, but I did pay an extra 15 euro for the visit.

    DeGiro pros/cons?

Also under activity see 'reports', there should be a downloadable 2019 tax report PDF which summarises everything including dividends and any WHT, useful to save this for the record.

I've also got a joint account with Degiro, opened in 2017, maybe go back to them and confirm. Saxo also do joint accounts.
