we got a quote of 5,600euro to fit sliderobes, sales lady said if we bought today she'd drop quote by 600euro. my husband wants me to negotiate further - does anyone think i should?
While you're at it, do a little shopping around. There have been many threads here before like this one, where posters recommend alternative, much cheaper suppliers who produce similar products.

I find that very expensive for wardrobes!!! You should try some of your local hardware shops who can do fitted wardrobes along the same style as sliderobes for much cheaper.
I wouldn't bother negotiating - go to Robeplan. We just had ours fitted for 1/2 the price of Sliderobes, which we found to be outrageously expensive. Same quality, excellent service. No connection with Robeplan, other than a satisfied customer.
