My employer is looking for a number of limited redundancies and I am thinking of applying. Only question I'm wondering about is the years before I became a permenant employee of the company? I was hired on a temporary basis and only made permenant after a year and a half. Would my calculations for redundacy be reduced by this time? I only have 4 years with this employer so a reduction by 1.5 years would certainly sway my decison. Thanks for any replies.
