I bought an Xbox 360 game (BattleField Bad Company 2) yesterday from Xtra-vision and I'm finding it to be a terrible game and want to return it for the amount I paid for. If I return it working perfectly a day or two after I bought it with a receipt would I be entitled to a cash refund or credit note if not I bought the game which is 16's when I'm only 15 on those grounds could I get one of my parents to go in and get the refund due to the fact they sold it to me when they shouldn't have. Any insight would be appriciated.

On what basis are you claiming a refund? Is it faulty? Or is it that you just don't like it?

I buy games for my kids for the playstation 3, but before I do I rent it out first to to make sure thay like it.
Somthing you should do in the future. And no your not entitled to a refund.

My 10 year old managed to buy an over 16 PC game in Extra Vision. I made him return it and they gave him a gift card for the original amount. If they had not refunded him I was prepared to take it up with them on the basis of him being obviously U16!
