I was on Jobseekers Allowance (JA) and was entitled to the Xmas bonus. I went on a CE Scheme for 2 years. I was entitled to the Xmas bonus while on the CE Scheme. The scheme finished in May and I signed back on JA. So my claim for JA has not been active for 15 months to deem me entitled to the Xmas bonus. I've also not been in employment all of this time and have been unemployed but I won't get the Xmas bonus either. Is this true?? Do I lose my Xmas bonus because I went on a CE Scheme for 2 years and basically 'worked for my Jobseekers payment'??
