Writing off rent if working from home

Hi all

I am looking to rent a house and I will be basing my business there. I already have a mortgage on another property where the business is currently run from. I have not charged rent to the company for this house. So what I want to know is if I can write off some of the rental costs of the house I'm about to rent through the business?

Hi there
No problem with charging rent to the company. Should be consistent with the level of use and appropriate percentage of the rental cost
