Written references are generally very short these days. Employers tend to simply list the dates the person was in employment.In an education setting verbal references are the only ones that count.Yes. I was to get a full reference. What i got edventually was basically nothing on paper.
Ive applied for 6 school secretary jobs. Great interview. Unsuccessful. I look for feed vack and they wont reply.
