would two dressers look wrong in dining room?

Trying to get storage into dining room - can anyone give an opinion on whether it would look weird to have two of the dressers on this page beside each other? [broken link removed] - its the two door dresser near half way down the page. Thanks
 
Maybe you could take a digital photo of the room and then one of the piece of furniture in question and then use a photo editor to create a montage mock-up of two of these in the room so that you can get an idea of what it would look like?

Its a very nice unit but pricey when you take £1,485 stg x 2. IMHO it would need to be a very big room to take two units beside each other.

Clubman's idea above is good. Have you also mapped out on the floor the exact space that the two units would take up?
 
If the two of them were put across from each other could you then refer to them as ........... wait for it...... cross-dressers :rolleyes:
 
thanks guys, am thinking because of cornicing on top they woudln't look right beside each other so am following a lead for a reasonably priced custom made larger unit.
