Working in small team

Hi there a friend of mine is considering taking up a job as a graduate working with one senior member of staff in a financial modelling firm. The job spec seems good but the prospect of working so closely with just member of staff is worrying. I would appreciate your views on the matter, thanks

I'm not really clear on what sort of views you are looking for? Obviously working one on one would suit some people and maybe not others. Surely your friend just has to make up their own mind on whether this is for them?
