Working for a not for profit organisation

Hi

Just wondering if anyone would be able to provide me with information on the type of package you would receive if working for a charity in a management position.

I have a second interview with a charity and have not been advised what the package will be, ie. VHI, pensions, annual leave.

I am aware of the salary but that is the only information I have at present.

There is no general standard - different organisations offer different deals. You'll need to ask for more details.
