I worked in the UK from 2018-2021 and paid 4 years of National Insurance Contributions. I have since moved back to Ireland but worked in the UK up until I left.

I am 32, is it worthwhile for me to voluntary contribute to my UK National Insurance contributions to top up to the 10 years?

Yes. And you should keep going til you have 35 years.

Voluntary Class 2 NICs are the best investment return that will ever be available to you.
