Hi,

My girlfriend would like to do some work from home. Her English is not great so it is difficult for her to feel comfortable working with other people, until her English improves a little. She would like to do some work from home. Has anyone got any ideas ? I do not think Franchising etc is an option ! I have not seen any adds for home assembly etc

Her English will improve at a slower rate if she works from home. Why not get her to bite the bullet and get a job (voluntary or paid) outside the home where English is not overly important, but where she has some interaction with colleagues? This will build both her confidence and her English at a faster rate.

Has she ever thought about that new language learning system RossetaStone.com It has a number of languages to learn. And it advertises to be farely easy to learn a second language. Also have her try to go to school for a course in Medical Transcription. They do a lot of work from home.
