I don't think there is a legal entitlement but I'm very surprised that you are not getting a 15 minute break at 4.00.Hello, my normal working hours are 7:30 to 4:00 with a 15 minute break at 9:30 and 30 minutes at 1:00. There's now mandatory overtime until 6:00 without any break. Is there a legal requirement for a break in this period from 1:30 to 6:00?
Many thanks

Anything of assistance here?

We start at 8am (or earlier if you want) have 15 minutes paid break at 10am, 30 minutes unpaid at 1.00pm and a 15 minute paid break at 4.30 if you are working until 6 or later.
If someone wants a smoke they have one, or a cup of tea. It's a job, not a work camp.Yes it's quite a long time without stopping for something to eat and a cigarette!
