Wisdom Teeth - Tax Relief?

Hi I recently got 2 wisdom teeth taken out up north for £80 each. I dont think my heath insurance will cover it because they said that I have to go to a hospital and then be referred to specialist.

Can I claim tax relief with Med 2 form even though it was done up north?
 
Wife got a big teeth job done in Newry last year - the dentist signed the MED2 form. I had no problem claiming it.
 
Relief is only allowable when undertaken in hospital or by a dentist in a dental surgery - certification will be required to obtain relief
