The Lexmark X4850 is listed in the new Argos catalogue as a wireless printer/scanner/copier at €195.99. (They also list a cheaper version)
It does seem to fit my requirements exactly. I have an existing Lexmark - an older model - which has been very good.
However, I cannot find this model in any other english-language websites (even that of Lexmark itself) or in any reviews in English-language magazines. And Argos staff know little about it.
Can anybody tell me about it from personal experience?
Does it scan wirelessly? Other wireless printing solutions will print but not scan wirelessly.
Will it operate satisfactorily with a laptop and broadband Netgear wireless router, and permit printing/scanning while downloading from the net?
