Has anyone any advice on how to go about replacing exterior concrete window sills/ledges? The previous owners of the house I live in removed the originals, with the result is that rain runs down the windows and onto the exterior paintwork and discolours it (black streaks). The replastering job was poor also. Grateful for any suggestions.
