Window replacement - consumer issue

Got windows replaced in 2016 triple glazed 4 of the windows had to be replaced due to failure fogging. I now have to get one more replaced I was told by senator windows this would cost me 150 euro for labour crazy as this is a product fault with the windows

I think a company standing over their product 10 years later is very reassuring, do you have a warranty longer than 10 years?

At this stage if I was getting a window replaced 10 years later I think I would accept a charge of €150 and move on.

It's actually quite common for labour to be charged on warranty repairs, particularly where call outs are required.

They actually seem to offer a 15 year guarantee but I can't see the full details here. Maybe @buzzjack could check the wording of their guarantee/warrantee if they still have it?

Yes 15 years and yes I can understand the labour cost . its a manufacturing fault with the windows
