Wind and water turbines

Hi there,
I am currently in the process of restructuring a business for a customer of mine and I am looking for advice as regards renewable energy.
The customer is looking for a wind turbine to create electricity for the business and I was wondering could anybody recommend a supplier etc out there, especially in the West of Ireland.
It is in an area which is exposed to winds and also has a river which might be able to avail of a water turbine.
Any suggestions recoomedations would be greatly appreciated
