Will the housing market pick up after the election and stamp duty issues are addressed?
Are there many people woiting to buy but waiting till afetr the election to do so?
 
I know some people who are waiting to see whats going to happen with stamp duty, but I know a much larger preportion who are waiting for the market to right itself.

Many FTB's are under the 317k, so stamp duty isnt an issue. The price is.
