I have a rented apartment n Dublin. It has over 100k in equity, conservatively, in the current market.

I am currently on a fixed term mortgage which has served me well the last 2 years and is ending in Jan, great timing ! It is interest only...

Will I have any difficulty in getting a new term on interest only given the climate from my current lender? ( BOSI )

Are there other lenders out there that may give me a new loan, if I choose to shop around, or have they all curtailed this sort of lending?

If I choose a capital loan - variable say, what are the odds of changing this to interest only again, if rates start to rise in the future at some point ?

cheers all

For an investment property you should be abe to get interet only for up to 5 years. Ring BOS and ask if you can extend interest only for a further 3 years.
Majority of lenders off interest only on Investment properties.
